Shipping Information

Kosella currently fulfills it's products using Amazon Fulfillment.  You can be assured your order will ship in a timely manner.  

We currently charge just $2.99 per order to ship anywhere in the lower-48 United States.  These shipments are made by standard USPS shipping.

Your orders are almost always fulfilled within 24 hours after you order - usually much sooner.

Returns

Kosella has a no-questions-asked 30-day return policy.  Just contact us for information on returning your item.  For defective items, we don't even need the original packaging.  However, if you just don't like it - that's fine - but we'll need the original packaging back with the item.

For defective items, we'll typically ship you a new item before you have to send yours back to us and include a prepaid mailer to get the product back.  For other returns, we ask you have the item returned to us - and when we receive it, we'll refund your purchase.

We also pride ourselves on helping our customers after 30-days.  If you can't find a resolution with a manufacturer - we wan't to know about it so we can make you happy.
